The direct answer

A public NMN COA is useful only when it matches the product being sold. In this eight-product check, ProHealth Longevity NMN Pro 500, Just Glow UTHEVER NMN 250 mg, Double Wood NMN, and Renue By Science LIPO NMN had public finished-product results with an identifiable lot and numeric potency result.

ROKIT America provided raw-material purity records but no public finished-capsule lot report. California Gold Nutrition and Nutricost described testing without publishing a current lot result on the checked product pages. Toniiq NMN 300 linked a report that identified an NMN 1200 formula, so we classified it as a product mismatch.

Records were classified by sample stage and exact product match, not by the presence of a testing badge.

How to read the four status labels

Matching finished product
The report identifies the finished formula or SKU, a finished lot, a method or test, a numeric result, and a unit tied to a capsule or serving.
Raw material only
The report measures an ingredient before it becomes the finished capsule. It can support that material's purity, not the final serving amount.
Statement only
The product page says testing occurs, but the checked page does not expose a current report with the sample, lot, method, and result.
Formula mismatch
A linked document names a different product strength or formula. It cannot verify the bottle being evaluated.

These labels describe public traceability, not clinical effectiveness. A matching potency report can still omit heavy metals, microbiology, solvents, stability, and identity. Each panel must be read on its own terms.

Report-level details

ProHealth Longevity NMN Pro 500

The Brighton Laboratory report names ProHealth SKU PH583 and finished lot 2509142. It reports 513.21 mg of NMN per capsule by HPLC. The current product label states 500 mg per capsule. The report date is November 3, 2025.

Just Glow UTHEVER NMN 250 mg

The Labstat finished-product report identifies lot 10126/JG10126 and reports 276 mg per capsule. It also includes heavy-metal and microbiological results. A separate Twin Arbor record reports 99.0% purity for raw-material lot MLP-NMN-20230802. The two reports answer different questions and are not combined into one claim.

Double Wood NMN

The finished-product report identifies lot 2405203 and records 250 mg of NMN per two-capsule serving by HPLC. The report date is February 7, 2025.

Renue By Science LIPO NMN

The Summit Nutritional Laboratories report linked from the current product page identifies lot 062827351 and a two-capsule serving. Against a specification of at least 500 mg, the HPLC result is 507.776 mg/serving. The report date is July 20, 2026. That verifies potency for the tested lot, not liposomal absorption.

ROKIT America NMN Pterostilbene

KOPTRI reports supplied for the formula's ingredients use HPLC-DAD and record raw-material purity of 99.90% and 99.91%. We did not find a public finished-product lot report measuring the current capsule's NMN and pterostilbene amounts. The product remains in the index as raw-material evidence only.

California Gold Nutrition, Nutricost, and Toniiq

The checked California Gold Nutrition page described iTested testing but listed its public report as coming soon. The Nutricost page described third-party testing by an ISO-accredited laboratory without exposing a current lot result. The report linked from the Toniiq NMN 300 page identified an NMN 1200 formula. None met the matching finished-product standard in this check.

Index method

  1. Start at the current product page: record the exact formula, strength, serving, and SKU where shown.
  2. Open the linked report: a badge or testing sentence is recorded as a statement, not a result.
  3. Classify the sample: raw ingredient and finished capsule remain separate.
  4. Match the product: compare formula name, strength, SKU, and dosage form.
  5. Record the lot: keep the identifier exactly as the report shows it.
  6. Record method, result, and unit: a percentage, milligrams per capsule, and milligrams per serving are not interchangeable.
  7. Preserve panel boundaries: potency, identity, metals, microbes, and other tests receive separate descriptions.

This method follows the distinctions in 21 CFR 111.70 and 111.75 between component records and finished-product specifications. For a field-by-field walkthrough, read how to read an NMN COA.

What this index does not rank

  • Not clinical benefit: laboratory content does not prove energy, healthy aging, or longevity.
  • Not every lot: a report covers its tested sample and connected batch.
  • Not every safety field: the absence of a listed analyte is not a passing result.
  • Not regulatory approval: a COA does not confer premarket approval of the supplement.
  • Not a permanent status: brands can replace formulas, pages, lots, and report links after the check date.

The companion NMN product specs database adds dose, serving count, added ingredients, and one-time price. The NMN purity guide explains identity, purity, potency, and contaminant testing.
