The direct answer
Among the four US products with comparable public fiber fields, NOW Foods Psyllium Husk Powder has the lowest checked cost per disclosed gram of dietary fiber at about $0.060. Yerba Prima Whole Husks follows at about $0.063, Metamucil Sugar-Free Lemonade at about $0.109 per disclosed gram of soluble fiber, and Solgar capsules at about $0.153 per gram of dietary fiber.
These are label-value calculations, not clinical-value rankings. Metamucil uses a flavored formula, Solgar uses capsules, and 미궁365 대장사랑 오리지널 uses a Korean pellet combination. Migung365 is not assigned a cost-per-fiber number because its verified public field is 8,500 mg psyllium per daily intake rather than a directly comparable dietary-fiber value.

How the calculations work
- Serving cost
- One-time bottle price divided by labeled servings.
- Dietary-fiber cost
- Serving cost divided by disclosed dietary fiber per serving.
- Soluble-fiber cost
- Serving cost divided by disclosed soluble fiber per serving.
- Not comparable
- A different label field, currency, or missing fiber value stays unnormalized.
NOW Foods: $15.99 ÷ 38 servings = about $0.421 per serving. Dividing by 7 g dietary fiber gives about $0.060 per gram. Yerba Prima: $19.39 ÷ 68 = about $0.285 per serving; divided by 4.5 g gives about $0.063 per gram.
Metamucil's figure uses soluble fiber because 2.4 g is the disclosed comparison field on the checked product. It should not be silently labeled total dietary fiber. Solgar's two-capsule serving provides 1 g dietary fiber, so its serving cost and cost per disclosed gram are the same number.
Lowest cost is not the only useful answer
Choose NOW Foods when low cost per disclosed gram and a plain fine powder are the priorities. Choose Yerba Prima when whole husk and a single-ingredient formula matter more than the small cost difference. Choose Metamucil when a sweetened lemonade flavor is the feature that makes regular use realistic. Choose Solgar when two capsules are easier than mixing powder, while accepting a lower fiber amount per serving.
Choose Migung365 when buying in Korea and using a preportioned pellet with prune concentrate and 12 probiotic strains matters more than a US-dollar fiber normalization. That is a format-and-formula recommendation, not a claim that its unconverted value beats the plain powders.
